Delete Etchloom Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can delete your Etchloom data while keeping your account active.

Delete data in the app

To delete the copy stored on your current device:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger zone.
  3. Select Delete local data and confirm.

If you are signed in, you can separately delete the cloud copy attached to your account:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger zone.
  3. Select Delete cloud data and confirm.

Data that can be deleted includes mood entries, tags, notes, context answers, Journal pages, local app settings, and cloud archive data linked to your account. Minimal deletion markers may be retained to prevent deleted entries from reappearing during later synchronization.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email mood.mirror.bot@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Etchloom data.

Send the request from the email address you used to sign in, or include that email in your message. Do not include mood notes, Journal entries, or other private archive content. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify account ownership.

We aim to complete verified email deletion requests within 30 days.

Deleting Etchloom data does not delete your account and does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the store account where you purchased it.

For more information, see the Privacy Policy or contact mood.mirror.bot@gmail.com.
