You can delete your Etchloom account and the cloud data associated with it.
If you still have access to Etchloom:
This deletes your Etchloom account identity, the cloud archive attached to it, and related account data controlled by Etchloom. Local app data on that device is also cleared.
If you cannot access the in-app deletion control, email mood.mirror.bot@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Etchloom account.
Send the request from the email address you used to sign in, or include that email in your message. Do not include mood notes, Journal entries, or other private archive content. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify account ownership.
We aim to complete verified email deletion requests within 30 days.
Deleting your Etchloom account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the store account where you purchased it.
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other service providers may retain transaction or security records under their own policies or where required by law.
